"My go-to place for skin care items..."
This is where I get all my skin care stuff. They’ve got a massive selection, and there are often great deals, especially on items nearing their expiration. You can find everything from skin care essentials to all sorts of accessories. My order 701832 arrived pretty quickly, and I’ve got no issues with the product quality. The team is super friendly too.

It’s a real drag that delivery can take 4-5 weeks since shipping is that slow. I’d definitely go for FedEx or DHL if I wanted faster shipping, and I wouldn’t mind shelling out a bit extra for it.

"AWFUL Experience!!"
Let me tell ya, my experience has been just AWFUL. It's been two months since I placed my order, and I still haven't seen it. Customer service got back to me once, and then poof, they vanished! I provided all the info they needed, but after that, it was like talking to a wall. I sent them so many messages, but no response whatsoever! Getting my order seems like a lost cause, and with customer service ghosting me, don’t even bother hoping for a refund. Finally got my refund after four long months.

"HORRIBLE !!"
My experience was HORRIBLE, it's been 2 months since I purchased it and I still haven't received my order yet, customer service replied once and that was it, I gave them the information they asked then they disappeared, wrote them lots, they just don't reply!!!!!
It seems impossible to get my order, and since the customer service is not replying at all, don't even think about getting a refund..

Best way to shop online for all your luxury branded personal products. Limited retail shops here in Vietnam so shopping online via Cosmostore is super easy and a huge inventory to choose from.
Shipping does take 4-5 weeks to receive, so that’s a bit of a downer. I would use and happily pay for faster shipping via FedEx or DHL.
